Guahan Waste Control, Inc. dba Mr. Rubbishman is one of Guam's largest and leading commercial waste haulers and Recycling Facilities. We provide our customers with services in the utmost professional manner when removing solid waste or recycle.

ABOUT MR. RUBBISHMAN

We are a locally owned company that has been in business in commercial waste hauling and recycling since 1992. Mr. Rubbishman's services include many types of refuse accounts including, but not limited to, residential, commercial, construction, and many government line agencies to include autonomous.

 

Mr. Rubbishman is a rapidly growing company with a fleet of seven (7) front loader trucks to service frontloaded type containers. We also have five (5) roll-off trucks to service our large volume generators with roll-off containers and self-contained trash compactors. Cardboard baler services also available.

 

Mr. Rubbishman offers the island's only facility for both cardboard recycling and tire shredding. Mr. Rubbishman is committed to providing the best services to our Island.

 

Mr. Rubbishman is committed to our community. Mr. Rubbishman takes part and is a sponsor in various community events to include Island Beautification, Coastal Clean-up, Island Recycle, Relay for Life and more. Mr. Rubbishman is also SWANA certified.

NEWS FROM MR. RUBBISHMAN​​

  • The MRF is operating at a limited capacity, please call our office for more information.

  • Effective February 2022, All permanent and temporary prices have increased as well.

  • Effective June 01, 2022 - 6% fuel charge increase on hauling fees.

  • THANKSGIVING DAY: In observance of Thanksgiving Day, we will be closed on Thursday November 28, 2024 with limited operations.

  • CHRISTMAS DAY: Our office will be closed on Wednesday December 25, 2024 with limited operations.
